We strongly believe in the value of stakeholder engagement & participation. It’s not a tick box exercise for us, so if your not looking to learn from lived experience or relinquish a little power by working alongside your customers then we’re probably not the right partner.

innovation
The key to innovation is creative confidence. In teaching tools & methods we have helped organisations to develop a culture of innovation practice. We believe in unlocking innovation from everywhere across organisations, not just the top. Working with teams to develop their skills to ideate, iterate & test in a low cost / risk way. Our work is highly participative & through thoughtful facilitation encourages teams to open up conversations, share and explore trends.
We also love having a bit of fun. The more we can spark joy, the happier our teams are to stretch their thinking!
Organisational learning
Collectively we have over 20 years working in the third sector providing specialist support to social businesses. In addition to service design we have an associate team of Action Learning facilitators & Exec Coaches. We can undertake diagnostics to identify areas for business development & provide support to identify a target operating model.
